This guidance was developed by Scottish Land & Estates and published in January 2019. SLE has granted permission for the guidance to be published through MMBP.
The guidance sets out the background to why restoration of peatlands is important and outlines the measures that can be taken to achieve this.
Some consideration of current and future funding for peatland restoration is included.
